WHAT DOES THE MAZDACARE® EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN COVER?
The MazdaCare® Extended Service Plan covers Manufacturer-specified parts, labor, and oil required for scheduled servicing of your vehicle. This includes routine services as per the manufacturer’s service schedule, using genuine Mazda parts and approved fluids.
IS THE MAZDACARE® EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN AN INSURANCE PRODUCT?
No, the MazdaCare® Extended Service Plan is not an insurance product. It provides cover for serviceable components as per your vehicle manufacturer’s specification and service but does not cover mechanical or electrical breakdowns.
HOW LONG CAN I EXTEND MY MAZDACARE® SERVICE PLAN?
All MazdaCare® Service plans can be extended indefinitely for as long as you require, but take note it needs to be extended for 1 to 2 years at a given point of time. All you need to do to get your Extended MazdaCare® Service Plan, is to connect with Mazda SA on 0861 370 134 and we can get this set up for you before you know it.
WHERE CAN I GET MY VEHICLE SERVICED UNDER THE PLAN?
All servicing must be carried out at an Authorised Mazda Dealer to ensure your vehicle remains in optimal condition and to maintain your plan benefits.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A SCHEDULED SERVICE?
Missing a scheduled service can lead to forfeiting the benefits of your plan. It’s essential to follow the manufacturer’s service schedule and have your vehicle serviced within the time and kilometre limits specified.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PLAN?
While the plan covers routine services, any additional parts or labour, required outside of the scheduled services, will be for your own account. Hence, to protect your monthly budgets from these unforeseen costs, we suggest that you consider the additional MazdaCare® Maintenance Wear and Tear Plan, which ensures that costs outside the scheduled services are accounted for and genuine parts are used, to keep your Mazda performing at its optimal level.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ODOMETER STOPS WORKING?
If your odometer fails, you must immediately inform the Administrator and arrange for the vehicle to be taken to an Authorised Mazda Dealer for repair. The Administrator will estimate the kilometres traveled during the period the odometer was inoperative.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY VEHICLE IS DUE FOR ITS NEXT SERVICE?
Your vehicle’s service manual provides detailed information on service intervals based on time and mileage. It is essential to follow these intervals to ensure your vehicle is serviced on time and to avoid forfeiting the benefits of your MazdaCare® Extended Service Plan.
